Terms and Conditions for Games and Contests Hosted by Affine Analytics Private Limited

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

1. Eligibility Criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of Affine and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, terminate, amend, or extend these T&Cs or the Game/Contest, at any time without any prior written notice.
3. Entry Limitations: Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same participant will result in disqualification.
4. Entry Method: Specific entry methods for each Game/Contest will be detailed in the associated promotional material.
5. Acceptance of T&Cs: By participating, all participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation available on affine.ai.
6. Disqualification: Affine reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these T&Cs or tamper with the Game/Contest.
7. Data Usage: By participating, you consent to Affine using your data for the Game/Contest and for other marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Prizes and Participation: Specific terms of each Game/Contest, including platform, nature, and prizes, will be announced separately. Affine’s decision regarding winners is final. Prizes will be delivered to winners as per the method specified during the announcement. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with their prize.
9. Publicity: Winners consent to the publication of their names on affine.ai and other platforms.
10. No Assurances: No assurances are made regarding winning chances. Selection is at Affine’s discretion.
11. No Participation Fee: Participation is voluntary, and no fees are charged.
12. Queries: For queries, reach out via the ‘Contact Us’ section on affine.ai.
13. Intellectual Property: Rights in promotional material are reserved with their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any displayed content is unlawful.
14. Force Majeure: Affine is not liable for any Game/Contest interruptions or failures due to uncontrollable events.
15. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
16. Third-Party Platforms: Participants must adhere to terms of any third-party platforms involved in the Game/Contest.
17. Dispute Resolution: Disputes between Affine and participants will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore.
18. Liabilities: Affine is not responsible for any loss, injury, or liability arising from participation.
19. Indemnification: Participants indemnify Affine against damages, liabilities, costs, claims, suits, and proceedings arising from T&C violations or applicable laws.
20. Waiver: Affine’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
21. Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, it’s severable, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
22. Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by Indian laws. Courts in Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these T&Cs.
